The market made a downturn due to government shutdown and then heading into the holidays, so Ashley went into overdrive to get our house sold, making a video and posting it all over social media. We finally got an offer but they were the buyers from hell. Ashley put in so many hours trying to placate their unreasonable expectations and bring them back up to a viable price, and closed the deal.
